For the pathological pelvic mass, 72 cases experienced uccessful cure among 86 cases of those received drug therapy; while for those not, the figure was 26/36 (83.7% vs 72.2%, P0.05), 28 cases recurred(9.9% vs 37.8%, P0.01). there were 10 cases successfully conceived (71.4%) among those suffered infertility. At the follow up of 1year, in group 1, a total of 17 cases experienced recurrence, and in group 2, there were tiveness and low the recurrence rate. Conclusion The pure laparoscopic procedure obtained a satisfied effectiveness in the treatment of endometriosis, and an additional drug therapy can significantly raised the effects.
