Abstract
Objective:To explore the change of cell apoptosis features of eutopic endometrium in patients with endometriosis. Methods:Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression levels of Survivin protein and Ki-67 protein in eutopic endometrium of 32 cases with endometriosis and endometrium of 24 cases in control group;TUNEL technology was used to monitor the features of cell apoptosis of endometrium in the two groups. Results:The expression level of Survivin protein in endometriosis group was significantly higher than that in control group(P0.05).At secretory phase, the apoptosis index in endometriosis group was significantly lower than that in control group(P0.05);there was no significant difference in expression level of Ki-67 protein between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion:The decrease of ability of cell apoptosis of eutopic endometrium in patients with endometriosis induce the increase of cell activity, the change of biological characteristics of eutopic endometrial cells may play an important role in pathogenesis of endometriosis.
