Abstract

To study the mechanism of immune inhibition of triptolide(TP)on activated peritoneal macrophage in humane endometriosis, establish a cell mold according that the mouse peritoneal macrophage(PEM#pin#)can be activated by LPS, test the cytotoxicity and NO secretory of activated PEMφ cultured in vitro with TP on different dosage and different time. Methods Culture the activated PEMφ, in vitro, test the cytotoxicity of M#pin# through MTT colorimetry, and test the level of NO through Griess reagent. Results During the dosage of 1~10#mu#g/ml, TP can significantly(P<0.01)inhibit the cytotoxicity and NO production of PEMφ, and has no cytotoxicity to PEM#pin#. Conclusion TP can efficiently inhibit the cytotoxicity and NO production of activated PEM#pin#, and this can provide some experimental proof for the treatment of endometriosis in clinic.
