Допплерографические особенности внутреннего эндометриоза тела матки на фоне консервативной стероидной гормональной терапии

Follow-up observation of 80 patients of reproductive age with adenomyosis under prolonged treatment with combination of 30 mkg of ethinylestradiol and 2 mg of dienogest including clinical management and color Doppler imaging results going on for 1,5 year showed increase of blood flow loci in myometrium before treatment. Decreasing number of loci of blood flow by 45% and more in the course of successful treatment was registered. Persistent high level of vascularisation according to color Doppler imaging can be used as a predictor unsuccessfulness of long-term steroid therapy of adenomyosis.
