Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to explore the applications and challenges of implementing artificial neural networks (ANNs) and fuzzy logic in civil and industrial construction. Specifically, the research aims to answer the following questions: How can ANNs and fuzzy logic enhance construction processes and outcomes? What are the specific applications of these technologies in material prediction, building design, and construction process optimization? The paper employs a comprehensive review approach, analyzing key literature and case studies. The findings highlight the potential benefits and challenges of implementing ANNs and fuzzy logic in construction. The abstract concludes by emphasizing the importance of these technologies for future research directions in the construction industry.
