Abstract
To explore the clinical value of serum CA125 in the diagnosis of adenomyosis, serum CA125 levels were measured by ECLIA in 120 patients with adenomyosis,105 patients with hysteromyoma,80 patients with ovarian cyst and 80 healthy controls. The results showed that the serum CA125 levels in adenomyosis were significantly higher than those in the diseased groups and the healthy controls(P0.001),and the levels of CA125 in hysteromyoma patients and ovarian cyst patients have non-significant differences compared with the healthy control(P0.05),furthermore,there was no significant difference between the hysteromyoma patients and ovarian cyst patients. Therefore, combining with diagnostic imaging and patient's symptoms, the serum CA125 level could be a good indicator in Adenomyosis.
