Abstract
Objective :To study feasibility, indications, operation points and clinical application value of laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy ( LAVH ) .Methods :A retrospective analysis of 2005January -2010December due to uterine leiomyoma, adenomyosis, in the hospital patients were treated with LAVH type112 cases, the uterus increases as pregnancy 12-18 weeks. Results :112 cases with LAVH, the average operation time of 76 min (52 -122 min ), bleeding volume of about 40-220 ml. The average length of6 D. Conclusion : In laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy for large uterine is feasible, laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy with abdominal operation and transvaginal operation both advantages, not only to overcome the transvaginal treatment of pelvic lesions difficult and not for pelvic disease a comprehensive assessment of the shortcomings, and open operation clear field of vision, has wide application and development prospect of.
