Investigating the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided lauromacrogol sclerosis in the treatment of endometriosis ovarian cysts. 110 patients were treated with ultrasound-guided auromacrogol sclerosis operation, injecting normal saline into the cyst after extracting the cystic fluid until the wash fluid is clear, then injecting the lauromacrogol injection according to the ratio of the 50ml cystic fluid/ one lauromacrogol and kept it in the cyst. the reaction and tolerance degree of the patients during the treatment, counting the the effective rate, marked improvement rate and cure in the first, third, sixth month; reviewing after the cure in the first, third, sixth month, the cure rates were 39.1% (43/110), 73.6%(81/110) and 92.7%(102/110) respectively. The serum CA125 level in patients with OEC was (49.89±26.62)μg/L preoperatively and (25.46±6.10) μg/L postoperatively, and the difference was statistically significant (t=5.250, P<0.01). Preoperative serum CA199 was (45.17±22.15)μg/L, postoperatively (44.26±23.29) μg/L, FSH preoperatively (5.97±2.03) IU/L, postoperatively (6.07±1.97) IU/L, both preoperatively, There was no statistical difference between postoperative days (t=11.070,-1.095, P>0.05). Conclusion: Ultrasound-guided lauromacrogol injection treating endometrial implantation cyst with mild adverse reaction, good curative effect, and has no obvious effect on ovarian function.
