Abstract

A 35-year-old male with primary penile osteosarcoma which was extraaxial is presented in this case report and literature review. This very rare diagnosis is infrequently seen in the literature and our case highlights a case which was deemed to have arisen from a Paget’s disease lesion with histological and immunohistochemical findings and a scoping search of the literature provided.
