The Study of Influences on Angiogenesis Correlator of Adenomyosis Mice Model by Different Treatment

Objective:To observe the express of angiogenesis correlator, investigate managed mechanism of different method in the different position of the endomembrane.Method:The ICR mouse model was built by pituitary intrauterine transplant operation. Clinical effective medical prescription of mentors(PLF) was selected as the experimental drug(the group A). At the same time, Danefukang decoction paste was selected as the Chinese medicine control group(the group B), the Gestrinone group as the western medicine control group(the group C), the mice in the same period of unwrought mode to the blank group, each group respectively for 3 months. The angiogenesis related factor(VEGF and CD31, MMP-2) of the change of the model group, the medication group were observed by immunohistochemical technique.Result:Compared with the normal group, the in-ectopic CD31 expression of the model group was decreased significantly(P0.05), after treatment the group A, B, C was increased, and the group A was significantly better than the group B and C(P0.05). Compared with model group, ectopic endometrium CD31 expression of the group A, B, C was decreased significantly(P0.05), the differences between the group A and B, C had no statistical significance(P0.05). Compared with the normal group, in-ectopic MMP-2, VEGF of the model group were significantly increased(P0.05). The in-ectopic MMP-2, VEGF of the A, B, C groups expression after treatment were significantly lower than the model group(P0.05), the differences between the group A and B, C had no statistical significance(P0.05). Compared with the model group, ectopic endometrium MMP–2 of the group A and B, C after treatment were significantly decreased(P0.05), the group C was significantly lower than that of the group A and B(P0.05).Conclusion:PLF is correspond with the action of improvement of ischemia, anoxemia, in terms of improving local blood supply, the traditional Chinese medicine compare with western medicine has obvious advantages.
