Clinical Study on Xiaoneiyi Granule for 31 Cases of Endometriosis

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of empirical formula Xiaoneiyi Granule for endometriosis.Methods Totally 61 endometriosis patients were randomly divided into treatment group of 31 cases and control group of 30 cases.Xiaoneiyi Granule and Dan'e Fukang Soft Extract were used in treatment and control groups respectively for two three-month treatment courses.The signs,symptoms and laboratory examination result of two groups were observed and analyzed.Results The cure,excellence and total effective rates in treatment group were higher than those in control group with significant difference.There was no significant difference in clinical safety of Xiaoneiyi Granule before and after treatment(P0.05) Conclusion Xiaoneiyi Granule is efficient,safe and atoxic for endometriosis.
