The Clinical Observation of Laparoscopic Operation Combined with Drugs in the Treatment of Endometriosis of Ovary

Objective: To investigate the clinical curative effect of laparoscopic operation combined with drugs in the treatment of endometriosis of ovary. Method: 40 patients underwent laparoscopic operation treatment because of ovarian cyst, infertility, dysmenorrhea and other diagnosis in our department from January 2012 to January 2014 were reviewed, they were given triptorelin acetate treatment for 3-6 months. Result: The pathological of all operation specimens were diagnosed as endometriosis of ovary, regular followed up after operation, 3 cases of recurrence, 21 cases of dysmenorrhea relief, 8 cases of pregnancy. Conclusion: Laparoscopy combined with triptorelin acetate is a method of good curative effect for the treatment of endometriosis of ovary, can improve the pregnancy rate in infertile patients at the same time.
