Abstract
Objective To observe the level of sex hormone of Neiyi soup treated in endometriosis(EM).Methods 48 cases patients of EM was as treatmeat group,detected sex hormones level and gave Neiyi soup orally within six months.The other 20 case normal women were as control group,compared the sex hormone between two groups.Results After treatment,PRL level of treatment group was lower than before treatment(P0.05),LH and E2 level were higher than that before treatment (P0.05).Afte treatment,the sex hormone level in treatment group were compared with that in control group,the difference was not statistically sigificant (P0.05).Conclusion Neiyi soup treated in EM had a reliable effect,hadn′t adverse reaction and count improve the body of the levels of sex hormones.
