Abstract

The combination of micro-morphology and TCM symptomatology and its application in clinic and research is important to the establishment of morphological theory system with TCM characteristics.Syndrome differentiation and treatment is one of unique features of TCM diagnosis, which lays stress on pathogenesis. The pathogenesis of endometriosis(EMT) was investigated here from the angle of micro-syndrome-differentiation.Multiple causes were thought as the inducements of kidney deficiency and blood stasis in women through discussing the conformity of immune disorder in women with EMT and in the pqtients with kidney-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome. The blood stasis was accumulated along with menstrual cycle and EMT showed a progressive severe trend.EMT takes kidney deficiency as its root and blood stasis as its manifestation, so it is deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality.
