Application of laparoscopic surgery combined with medicine in diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis.

Objective:To explore and to observe the effect of laparoscopic surgery combined with medicine in diagnosis and treat-ment of endometriosis.Methods:We retrospectively analysed the clinical data of 157 patients with endometriosis undergoing laparoscopic surgery combined with medicine.Results:After the therapy,for the patients with endometriosis in the different terms,the rate of com-plete remission was 84.7%,the recrudescence in half a year was 1.9%,the pregnancy rate in half a year was59.2% Conclusion:Larparo-scopic surgery combined with medicine treatment for endometriosis can decrease the recurrence rate and improve the pregnancy rate.
