Effect of laparoscopy surgery and laparotomy surgery on treatment of young patients with endometriosis

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of laparoscopy surgery and laparotomy surgery in treatment of young patients with endometriosis.Methods A retrospective study of 117 patients who were clinically diagnosed as endometriosis,all cases(age 36 years old or less,exculde uterine fibroids)were divided into two groups randomly.The laparoscopy group:53cases,the laparotomy group:32cases.Evaluate the perioperative period of two groups and follow up the anesis of clinical symptoms such as postoperative recurrence rate,recurrence time and clinical symptoms.Results Laparoscopy surgery group had significantly advantages in operation time,amount of bleeding during the surgery,postoperative recurrence rate and length of stays,which was better than the laparotomy surgery group.There was no significant difference in the postoperative recurrence rate of the two groups.Conclusions Laparoscopy surgery group had significantly advantages in the perioperative period,which was better than the laparotomy surgery group.The difference in the recurrence rate of the two group has no statistical significance,while the total recurrence rate was positively correlated with clinical stage.
