Abstract

The uterine junctional zone is the normal structure in the uterine under the MR imaging.The uterine junctional zone is lower message on the MR imaging.The uterine junctional zone depend the ovarian hormone oestradiol and progesterone.Otherwise,various genes take important role in the control of JZ,such as connection 43、interfere-gamma(IFNγ)、interleukin-1(IF-1)、actiyation protrin-1(AP-1)、apidermal groth faction(EGF).The junctional zone in the non-pregnant uterus and play critical role in leiomyomas,adenomyosis,endometsperm transport,implanton,and menstrual shedding.More than 20 years since the first description,correlative studies are focused on MRI.We review the regulative factors and correlative disease of uterine junctional zone.
