Abstract

Objective: To observe the effect of strengthen health education on the quality of life of the chronic pelvic inflammatory disease patients. Methods: This study observed a total of 130 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Control group of patients accept conventional therapy, including antibiotic, and cooling, relieving pain and other symptomatic treatment. Observed group accept conventional treatment and health education. Health education including disease knowledge, mental health, lifestyle, education and other aspects. Quality of life was assessed using SF-36 quality of life scales. Results: The patients of observed group in social function, physical function, psychological problems, such as restrictions on the activities of a number of social indicators compared with the control group was significantly (P0.05; P0.01). Conclusion: Strengthening health education on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease patients can not only improve the quality of life, also help to improve the clinical efficacy, it is widely used.
