Обоснование подходов к лечению бесплодия у женщин с эндометриозом в зависимости от иммунологических показателей

The analysis has been performed on the basis of dependence between the efficacy of conservative treatment of infertility and application in vitro fertilization, and the findings of immunological reactivity in 65 women with infertility caused by endometriosis. Results: has been found in the examined women with increasing levels of GATA3, decreased ration of T-bet/GATA3, a sharp increase of TLR2 and TLR4 and a high level of IL-6, TNF-α there were no independent pregnancies and the most effective approaches to treat infertility were the methods with the use of in vitro fertilization.
