Abstract
Objective:To observe clinical effect of electroacupuncture combined with TDP for endometriosis dysmenorrhea. Methods:Clinic endometriosis dysmenorrhea patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,15 cases in each group. The observation group acupunctured at Guanyuan,Zhongji,Zigong,Zusanli,Sanyijiao and Diji. Then the two sides Zigong,Sanyinjiao point joint electroacupuncture apparatus, retaining needle for 30 min, lower abdominal exposed to TDP for 30 min.The acupuncture method and time of control group and observation group were the same, but observation group received no acusector and TDP irradiation therapy. We continuously treated for three menstrual cycles, with each cycle for 10 times. Results:The differences of dysmenorrhea integral before and after treatment between the observation group and control group were statistically significant(P0.05);the difference of dysmenorrhea integral after treatment between the observation group and control group was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of electroacupuncture combined with TDP is more apparent than the simple acupuncture treatment for endometriosis dysmenorrhoea.
