Observation of curative effect on different drugs in adjuvant therapy of patients with ovarian endometriosis cyst after laparoscopic surgery

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of different drugs in adjuvant therapy of ovarian endometrio sis cyst after laparoscopic surgery.Methods 180 cases of ovarian endometriosis cyst in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in First People's Hospital of Neijiang City of Sichuan Province from January 2010 to December 2011 were randomly divided into three groups,60 cases of group A were only given laparoscopic operation,60 cases of group B were treated with Mifepristone in postoperation,60 cases of group C were treated with Mifepristone and tradi tional Chinese medicine,the efficacy of the three groups were observed.Results The total efficiency of group A was 70.0%,which of group B was 83.3%,which of group C was 91.7%,there was a statistically significant difference among three groups(P 0.05).The recurrence rate of group C was significantly lower than that of group B and group A,there were statistically significant differences among three groups(P 0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in group C was 21.7%,which of group B was 28.3%,there were no significant differences between the two groups(P 0.05).Conclusion Chinese combined with western medicine in adjuvant therapy of ovarian endometriosis cyst after la paroscopic surgery in clinical practice can effectively reduce the recurrence rate,improve the clinical treatment effect,which has less adverse reactions and is worthy of clinical application.
