Abstract

The situations in Syria, Ukraine, Libya, Nagorno-Karabakh, Iraq and other countries, which gave rise to the largest forced resettlement in the entire history of the United Nations, convince us that today the problem of ensuring the protection of the rights of refugees in armed conflicts is one of the most urgent in the world.
