Analysis of Safety and Feasibility of LNG-IUS in the Treatment of Adenomyosis

Abstract
Objective To explore the safety and feasibility of LNG-IUS in the treatment of adenomyosis. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on clinical data of 100 patients with adenomyosis. Results Placed after 3 months, the phenomenon of dysmenorrhea patients improved obviously, and menstrual reduction(P0.05); there was no significant change in uterine volume within 12 months(P0.05), patients with less adverse reactions and mild symptoms. Conclusion Levonorgestrel releasing intrauterine system(LNG-IUS) safety and feasibility for the treatment of adenomyosis are higher.
