Abstract

Polycythaemia Vera is one of Myeloproliferative neoplasm which has common and uncommon mode of presentations. Myocardial infarction is one of uncommon presentations.we report a55year old women presented with myocardial infarction and found to have polycythemia vera treated with cytoreduction in form of Hydroxyurea 500 mg twice daily with favourable outcome
