Abstract

Objective To investigate the value of the various signs of the differential diagnosis by analyzing the MRI signs of adenomyosis and uterine leiomyoma retrospectively.Methods The MRI signs of 40 cases of adenomyosis and 40 cases of uterine leiomyoma proved by surgical and pathological findings were analyzed.Results There was a statistic difference between adenomyosis and uterine leiomyoma for the signs of the number,position and distribution.Conclusion MRI has a high value for guiding clinical differential diagnosis of adenomyosis and uterine leiomyoma.
