Abstract
The current study focuses on the output stabilization of infinite dimensional bilinear system with time delay. We demonstrate weak stabilization under weak observability conditions, while exponential and strong stabilization can be achieved under the exact observability condition. Applications to regional stabilization through examples are given and illustrative simulations are included to affirm the accuracy of the theoretical results. M.S.C: 93D15
