Abstract

Обзор посвящен гинекологическим аспектам проблемы тазового конгестивного синдрома – патологического состояния, которое сопровождается венозным полнокровием органов малого таза и является одной из частых причин развития синдрома хронической тазовой боли. В статье представлены данные о патогенетических теориях развития синдрома, редких клинических проявлениях, влиянии на репродуктивную функцию, современных методах диагностики, возможностях медикаментозной терапии и особенностях выбора и применения препаратов гормональной контрацепции. The review is devoted to the gynecological aspects of the problem of pelvic congestive syndrome – a pathological condition that is accompanied by venous plethora of the pelvic organs and is one of the common causes of the development of chronic pelvic pain syndrome. The article presents data on the pathogenetic theories of the development of the syndrome, rare clinical manifestations, the impact on reproductive function, modern diagnostic methods, the possibilities of drug therapy and the features of the choice and use of hormonal contraceptives.
