Methoden: Materialgewinnung per laparoskopiam in der Proliferationsphase des Zyklus. Ergebnisse: Die in vitro RT-PCR- Analyse wies klare IL-6 Bänder bei 234bp und 115bp auf. Mit der RT-PCR fanden wir eine statistisch signifikant höhere IL-6 Expression bei Endometriose. Schlussfolgerung: Die erhöhte IL-6 Expression bei Endometriose weist auf ein mögliches Hindernis bei der Implantation von Embryonen hin.
