Abstract
Abstract With the increasing depth of coal seam mining, the coal mine production process is gradually facing the influence of high stress and high water pressure and other factors, so that the difficulty of identifying the path of floor water inrush is increasing, and the difficulty of predicting the occurrence of floor water inrush in coal mine is also increasing. In order to more accurately predict the risk of floor water inrush, the identification of floor water inrush path is studied. The indoor similar material simulation experiment is used to collect the changes of water pressure and stress data at the floor during the excavation of coal seam, and the coal seam floor is divided, graded and divided into nodes. The analytic hierarchy process is used to obtain the subjective weight of each zone in the first-level region divided by the floor.Secondly, the CRITI weight method is used to calculate the objective weight of each factor at each node in the secondary area divided by the bottom plate. Then, the weighted average method is used for comprehensive analysis, and the comprehensive weight of each node in the secondary area is obtained. The water inrush probability index of each node of the floor is obtained, and the floor water inrush prediction model is established. The obtained water inrush probability index is assigned to the model. The larger the value, the greater the possibility of water inrush. The A-Star algorithm is used for path planning, and the water inrush path of the floor during coal seam excavation is obtained.Through the visualization of similar material simulation experiment and the observation and monitoring of the formation and development trend of water inrush path in the actual process by the electrical equipment used in the experiment, compared with the path planned by A-Star algorithm, it is proved that this method is feasible and can be used in engineering practice. In view of the above research on the identification of water inrush path, this process is used as the basis of operation, and the corresponding identification system is developed. The water inrush process is reproduced through a visual interface to realize the intelligent identification of the water inrush path of the floor and guide the actual safety production of the mine.
