Abstract
This article is dedicated to the actual problem of treatment of patients with the surgical pathology in abdominal cavity with obesity. The results of laparoscopic operations were estimated on 95 women with gynecological pa thology and surgical disease of gastroenteric tract. High effectiveness of using videoendoscopic technologies for patients with obesity is proved.
