Oreocharis × qianshanensis (Gesneriaceae), a new natural hybrid from Qianshan City, Anhui, China

Abstract
Oreocharis × qianshanensis , a new natural hybrid that belongs to Gesneriaceae, is described and illustrated. Morphological evidences hint it is an interspecific hybrid of O. auricula and O.chienii . Further, molecular studies also showed that O. × qianshanensis arose from a hybridization between the maternal O. auricula and the paternal O. chienii . In this report, the morphology, chloroplast genome, and geographic distribution of O. × qianshanensis are documented.
