Abstract
The aim of this study was twofold, a) to synthesize a Nanoemulsion from canola oil (CO-NE) and b) to investigate its antitumor effects. Ultrasonic method and Tween 20 and 80 with ethylene glycol were used to synthesize canola oil Nanoemulsion. Tissue changes of mice model were also assessed. The results showed that the CO-NE with a size of 40.94 nm, a zeta potential of -29.67 mV, and a dispersion index of 0.21 has a selective toxicity effect on mouse breast cancer cells.
