Abstract

Nereis as a mudflat organism has a variety of uses, in the history of China as a Chinese herbal record, because of its body contains rich amino acids, fatty acids and other nutrients, it can be used for therapeutic treatment and treatment can also be used as health care products. acids, fatty acids and other nutrients, it can be used for therapeutic treatment and treatment can also be used as health care products. In modern times, more and more researchers have studied the protease extract of Nereis as a mudflat organism. In modern times, more and more researchers have studied the protease extracted from the body of nereis and found that there are a variety of functional proteins in nereis, including superoxide dismutase, superoxide dismutase, superoxide dismutase and superoxide dismutase. More and more researchers have studied the proteases extracted from the body of nereis and found that there are a variety of functional proteins in nereis, including superoxide dismutase, adenylate cyclase, glycosidase, and plasminase. In this paper, the functional proteases in the extracts of nereis were summarized, and the functions and characteristics of proteases in nereis were discussed from the perspective of molecular structure.
