The expression and significance of PTTG bFGF and VEGF in Endometriosis

Objective To dissass PTTG,bFGF and VEGF the expression and significance in the Endometriosis.Methods By means of immunohistochemistry,to test the PTTG、bFGF and VEGF expression level in 48 cases of Endometriosis and 30 cases of Normal endometrium tissue.Results In Endometriosis PTTG、bFGF and VEGF expression rate was 81.2%、77.1%and 66.7%.The masculine rate and the expression rank were obviously higher than normal endometrium organization(P0.01).The three indexes were positively correlated each other.Conclusion The expression of PTTG in endometriosis was significantly higher than that in Normal endometrium.The high expression of PTTG can stimulate the expression of bFGF and VEGF.The three substanles can make the development of Endometriosis together.
