Prediction and early diagnosis of malignant transformation of endometriosis

It was of great clinic value to predict and earlier diagnose the malignant transformation of the endometriosis(EMs).The atypical EMs was the precancerous lesions in the pathological diagnosis of the malignant transformation of the EMs.Longer course of disease,older,higher estrogen level,danazol,polymenorrhea and dioxin were all the high risk factors for the malignant transformation of the EMs.When the size of the ectopic cyst increased,or the rhythm of pain changed,or the level of the CA125 was over 200 kU/L,or papillaries were showed in the cyst during the image examination the malignant transformation of EMs must be alerted.The study on the molecular mechanism will become the main research directions for the malignant transformation of the EMs.
