Abstract

Objective To investigate the difference and influencing factors in clinical stage and operated-pathological stage of endo-metrial carcinoma. Methods Sixty-seven patients with endometrial carcinoma of different clinical stages were compared with their operated-pathological stages, and related influencing factors were analyzed. Results In forty-eight patients whose clinical stage accorded with operated- pathological stage, error was 28. 36%. Pre- or post-menopause, pregnancy times and parturition times were significantly correlated with myometrial invasion and invasive depth. There were no correlation with accomplaint myoma of utera or adenomyosis. Conclusions To evaluate the clinical stage of the endometrial carcinoma should be combined with multifac-tors,so that it can be improved for the accurateness of clinical stage, correct instruction of the therapy and improvement of the prognosis.
