Abstract
Adenomyomas of the gall bladder are rare benign neoplasms. They are composed of mesenchymal and epithelial elements and typically occur in the fundus of the gall bladder. Twelve such lesions were found in 1,801 surgically removed gall bladders. Pathologic findings and histogenesis are discussed and the literature is reviewed.
