Нарушение гомеостатических механизмов у пациенток, перенесших билатеральную овариоэктомию

This article compares groups of patients after bilateral ovarioectomy and physiological menopause. We considered the contribution of radical surgery to the development of a hormonal imbalance as a result of stress with subsequent negative impact on the monoaminoergic systems and alteration of the psychosomatic status of the patients. We studied the causes of ineffective HRT, and the ways and methods for correction of the hormonal therapy.
