Role of laparoscope in diagnosis and treatment with endometriosis

Abstract

Objective To explore the value of laparoscope in diag no sis and treatment of endometriosis.Methods 182 patients with endo metriosis were performed with resection of endometriotic lesions, ovarian endome triotic cysts enucleation and presacral neurectomy.Results All op erations were performed with laparoscope successfully.The patients were followed for 2 to 12 months ,of 28 among 58 cases with infertility conceived(53.8%).Of 5 6 among 95 cases with dysmenorrhea were achieved complete remission, 32 cases ac hieved incomplete remission, total improvement rate was 92.6%.Conclusion Laparoscopic diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis is a safe, micro- invasive and reliable method and can be performcd widely.
