Relation between Bcl-2/Fas gene and pathogenesis of endometriosis

Objective:To research whether the endometriosis is associated with Bcl-2and Fas gene.Methods:Immunohistochemisty me test(ABC methods)was used to detect the expression of Bcl-2and Fs gene in40speci-mens of normal endometrium tissue and46specimens of endometriosis tissue.Results:In the endometriosis group,the positive rate of Bcl-2gene was significantly higher than that of the normal endometrium group(P0.05);the rate of Fas gene was no significantly difference with that of the normal group(P0.05).Conclusions:The study sug-gestes that Bcl-2gene is relate with endometriosis;more study should be done to find the relation between Fas gene and endometriosis.
