Abstract
Objective To determinate IGF-1 concentration in serum and abdomen fluid of endometriosis patients. Methods To determinate it by ELISA test. Results There are no significant different in serum concentration, there are significant different in abdomen fluid concentration. Conclusion IGF-1 play the role on endometriosis pathogenesis by self-secretion and para-secretion.
