Two-sample Mendelian randomization analysis did not reveal a causal relationship between endometriosis and coronary heart disease (OR: 1.00, 95% CI: 0.94– 1.07, P: 0.882).Conclusion: Our findings did not indicate any association or causal relationship between endometriosis and coronary heart disease.
