Policy Paper on Assesses the Financial and Operational Effectiveness of the Azerbaijani Government's Efforts to Reduce the Negative Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic

This policy paper assesses the financial and operational effectiveness of the government's efforts to reduce the negative impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on business and strengthen the social protection of the poor during this period, and puts forth proposals for relevant government agencies. The research for the preparation of this document studied the response to the COVID-19 pandemic in foreign countries, especially those rich in natural resources, and the best practices of developed countries. The paper ends with a section on conclusions and proposals.
