Xiaoliuwan pill for endometriosis,ectopic endometrium of rats

Objective: To observe Xiaoliuwan pill for endometriosis,the role of ectopic lesions in rats,study of ectopic endometrial estrogen receptor(ER) effect.Methods SD female rats were 100,was established by the use of surgery-induced rat model of endometriosis,into the model rats were randomly divided into model group,the positive control group GFW,Xiaoliuwan pill low,medium and high dose group.The rats gavage for 8 weeks,rats given saline;the end of treatment,ectopic endometrium of rats the size of ectopic endometrial changes and the impact of ER.The results Xiaoliuwan pill low,medium and high dose group activities ectopic endometrial growth was inhibited,ectopic endometrial area was significantly reduced compared with before treatment(P 0.01);Xiaoliuwan pill low,medium and high dose group treatment of ectopic endometrial area was no significant difference(P 0.05);Xiaoliuwan pill low,medium and high dose group of rats the effects of ectopic endometrial ER was no significant difference(P 0.05),shows drugs did not pass the ER expression.Conclusion Xiaoliuwan pill for endometriosis treatment of rats with a significant role in the inhibition of ectopic endometrium and ectopic endometrium of the total local ER may have no direct relationship.
