Analysis on therapeutic effects of diode laser treatment apparatus on chronic pelvic cavity pain

Objective:To explore therapeutic effects of diode laser treatment apparatus on chronic pelvic cavity pain.Methods:72 patients were chosen in the First Affiliated Hospital,Chongqing Medical University in 2004-2005.The samples which were chosen must be consistent with some qualifications.Firstly,patients complained that the time of pelvic cavity pain had been lasted for more than one year.Secondly,to evaluate the degree of pain with Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),the average score of pain is 5.9+0.8.Thirdly,different levels of thickening or lump were found in pelvic cavity through gynecologic examination and B-ultrasound examination.72 patients were randomly divided into three groups.Drug treatment was only applied in control group.Drug treatment and TDP irradiation were applied in experimental group A,and experimental group B adopted drug treatment and Diode laser treatment.Result:There were significant differences in easement of pain degree and pelvis cavity pathologic change in three groups of patients.Conclusion:Diode laser treatment Apparatus has positive therapeutic effect on chronic pelvic cavity pain resulting from chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,which deserves to spread and apply in clinic.
