PRACTICE OF DIAGNSIS AND TREDTMENT OF FEMALE INFERTILITY BY LAPAROSCOPY

Abstract

Objective To study the value of laparoscopy in diagnosis and treament of female infertility. Methods 35 cases of female patients with infertility during three years were analyzed retrospectivily. Results In these patients, 19 cases had pelvic inflammatory disease, 9 cases had endometriosis, 4 cases had ovarian cyst, 2 cases had myoma of uterus and I case had pelvic tuberculosis. Diagnosising of tubal’s fluent, the acordence between the laparoscopy and HSG were 75%, 61.54% respectively. Conclusions Laparoscopy can earlier、direct1y find out the reason of infertility. So laparoscopy is an effective method in the treatment of the female infertility.
