Abstract

At present a number of pathogenetic mechanisms of arterial hypertension (AH) in perimenopausal women are being discussed. The purpose of the given article is to study the increasing role of rennin-angiotensin-aldosterone system (RAAS) and vitamin D deficiency/insufficienty in pathogenesis of AH in this category of patients.
