Data for this study is obtained from both primary and secondary sources and TOPSIS is applied through the following steps; Constructing Decision Matrix, Normalization, Weight Assignment, Identification of Ideal and Negative-Ideal Solutions, Distance Calculation, Ranking of Suppliers and recommending the preferred suppliers based on suppliers.
