Abstract

Endometriosis is one of the most common diseases for women of childbearing age which serious impact on womens′ physical and mental health and fertility.It′s causes and pathogenesis are complex.Many studies have shown that endometriosis closely related to immune,angiogenesis,endocrine and genetic.Recently,the study have shown estrogen and erythropoietin had played important roles in endometriosis.It is helpful to understand the development and progression of endometriosis with an updated perspective by summarizing varius kinds of studies on pathogenesis of endometriosis.
