Abstract

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasonic for polypoid lesions of gallbladder. To analysis different pathologic types of gallbladder polypoid lesions corresponding to the ultrasonographic features and provide clinical imaging based on early diagnosis of gallbladder disease. Methods The features of ultrasonographic imaging of 60 cases were analyzed.Analysised ultrasonographic characteristics in different pathological types of diseases and lesions's diameter. Results Diameter of eholysteml polypoid and adenomyosis were smaller than 10mm,while the diameter of adenoma and carcinoma were larger than 10mm.RI(resistence index)0.60 have stastie value in differential diagnosis for PLG.Ultrasonic display of blood flow pattern in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant tumor differentiation was not obvious. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonic display of gallbladder polypoid lesion of lesion of diameter size, can provide reference to early diagnosis of gallbladder disease. It is an important technique for diagnosis polypoid lesions of gallbladder.
